Terms and Conditions of Ajyal Schools Registration:
Highlights:
1. Priority for registration is set according to a specific criteria, that includes students who are currently enrolled in Ajyal schools, students who have a sibling (brother or sister) in the school, and students who are living within the catchment area of the chosen school.
2. Transportation and school buses will not be available to any student who enrol in Ajyal Schools, and he/she is not in the catchment area of the school, (it will be the parent’s responsibility to ensure their children have transportation.)
Registration and admission’s steps:
- Visit ESE website and choose registration
- The form is filled out by the customer (parent) electronically
- Initial approval is made by the Administration of student affairs in ESE after ensuring that the admission requirements are met and that vacancies are available.
- The final approval is by the School Operations Sector (Student Affairs Department) and the Project Management of Ajyal Schools in ESE after completing all admission requirements after closing the registration period.
Important Notes:
- Applying to Ajyal School through ESE website does not mean that your child is accepted in the school.
- All applications will be reviewed (according to the above Terms & Conditions) and parents will receive acceptance or rejection after 15 working days from the end of the registration phase.
- If an application is received with any incorrect information, the application will be cancelled, unless the parent rectifies the errors within 3 working days.
- Accepted students in Ajyal School cannot be transferred to another Ajyal School before two terms have passed (exceptions on a case-by-case basis).
